PRAISE TO BEAUTY

I love beauty. Whether it's a beautiful woman, a beautiful baby, à beautiful nature. I'd even go so far as to say a beautiful car or a beautiful dress.

Why do we all feel this way? What is it about beauty that gives us pleasure? How is it different from any other feeling?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this way. But it's my privilege to ask the question: why do we love beauty?

This subject will certainly be different from the previous ones, as it seems to be much simpler, even more enjoyable. So I'm off to conquer this beauty.
If I put my mind to it, I'm sure I'll find dozens of quotations in praise of it, and when I do, I'll come and share my discoveries. I know that there are two adjectives, one masculine and one feminine, to designate a first name for a man and for a woman. The man will be called. BEAU and the woman BELLE. These names were given before we even knew if they were going to be beautiful.

While I was thinking about physical beauty, Victor Hugo presented me with his point of view. "For some, this beauty of the soul outweighs physical beauty". Oscar Wilde, for his part, claims that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
When I'm out and about, I look around to see if I come across any of the beauty I love. Yes, there's that beautiful palm tree, called Royal because of its posture, which dominates this immediate environment. I see this beautiful house with a very modern look, proving to us the imagination of its architect. I can already imagine the owners, who must certainly be handsome.

I've just read a phrase by Coco Chanel that surprised me a little. She said:

''Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself". There should be no harm in finding beauty if we remain ourselves. By the way, are we beautiful? It's not up to us, but to others to find out.
I'll be tempted to see what the dictionary has to say about this word, but then it won't be my words, it'll be the dictionary. If I look at a woman, I won't go to look at her face or her hairstyle, but I will go to see her eyes, which are the door to her heart, and where her love most likely lies.
Philosophers will tell you that true beauty is found in simplicity, elegance, clarity and harmony A painting has a particular beauty. It introduces us to its creator, revealing the beauty of his intention. It was Voltaire who told us that "beauty pleases the eyes and gentleness charms the soul".
It's unfortunate to think that beauty disappears with time, whereas ugliness is always there, always lasting. We tend to associate love with the beauty of the soul. Is this true? And what about our dreams? Do they have any beauty? Oh how I wish that one day beauty would save the world. I'm sure it will, because beauty and love are twin brothers.
Gandhi spoke of the test of our civilization, that beauty is our ability to achieve unity in diversity . Marie Curie was impressed by the natural phenomena in her laboratory. Scientifically speaking, she deduced that science is of great value.
The Arab proverb, on the other hand, undermines our appreciation. It says that "A man's beauty consists in his spirit, and a woman's spirit consists on her beauty. Who's to believe?
